EVERYDAY LOANS OPENS ITS DOORS IN ECCLES

The UK’s largest branch-based lender of unsecured loans has opened its doors in Eccles giving local people the opportunity to discuss their borrowing needs in person, face-to-face, with its expert advisers.

The branch – which is located in 1 City Approach on Albert Street – is Everyday Loans 75th branch to open in the UK. Everyday Loans now has a geographical reach spanning from Glasgow to Brighton and over 60,000 borrowers.

This extensive branch network means that Everyday Loans’ customers tend to live less than five miles away from an outlet, so they benefit from personal conversations with advisers. It is one of the only unsecured loan providers to operate in this way.

Everyday Loans in Eccles is committed to responsible lending, we offer customers who may have had difficulty paying bills or managing their money in the past with a professional and friendly environment to discuss their finances. We offer a case-by-case approach and ensure that every customer can comfortably afford repayments.

Eccles Branch Manager Ryan Harker said: “We have a wealth of financial services experience and our management team knows what it takes to deliver a straightforward, face-to-face service. We take the time to understand our customers’ needs on a human level, which online processes and algorithms can miss. It’s this personal approach that engenders trust and builds long-term relationships.”

Everyday Loans CEO Jon Wiggins agrees. He said: “Of course we take credit history into account, but we believe each of our customers should have the chance to build a creditworthy future.”

“It’s our highly personalised approach that makes us most proud - and is indeed the basis of our expansion. With spectacular application conversion rates - and therefore high levels of customer satisfaction – we’re very much looking forward to supporting the people of Eccles with their lending needs.”
